Do I have to create a new account?
As a returning customer, you will only need to reset your password by requesting an activation link to access to your order history and previous account. All new customers would simply create a new account (no activation required).
Your Loyalty Points have been re-instated
If you were a Loyalty Rewards member on our old website, your points have been transferred over to the new site which you can view in your account. Please make sure you activate your account by clicking the activation link sent to you via e-mail.
How do I log into my old account?
All returning customers have received an e-mail with an activation link. Once your account is active, you can click on the user icon on the top right menu bar to access the login page.
How do I view my Points?
All Loyalty Rewards members can now view their points on their accounts dashboard.
Will my payment and shipping details need to be updated?
All your previous shipping and payment details have been safely transferred to the new site and secured in your new account.
