How we process refunds and returns
If you no longer want the item you purchased or the item you received was damaged, please ensure you return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase in order to be eligible for a refund. Please also note that the product must be in the same condition that you receive it and product seals are untampered.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect and process your refund which will be credited to your account profile on our website. The money will be refunded into your profile account as a credit which you can redeem for future purchases. The refund process can take up to 5 working days to be completed once goods have been received at our offices.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the 7 calendar days have passed, you will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
